We are thinking all day long and as we become more mindful of the thoughts in our heads, we also become aware that these thought patterns eventually narrate a story. Sometimes these stories serve us well in life but more often than not, these story patterns become negative and charge us with strong emotions. In this week’s episode we candidly share 4 typical story arcs that we have become aware of in our own minds and share how we are trying to challenge and release these negative thought patterns in an effort to help us manage our emotions.
