The Mindful Educators Podcast

Sep 22, 2020

Surrendering.

It feels scary, out of control, and down right hard.

In this week’s episode we discuss how well (or not so well) we practice surrendering to what is, especially in school, and especially now. If you are like us, you might find it easy to resist, control, muscle or complain your way through challenging times like these. Listen in as we share our techniques for leaning into surrender allowing us to learn about ourselves which will help grow as people and as educators in new and amazing ways.

Join us in letting go of the reigns this year and practice surrendering during THE hardest time in education. We believe this mindful act of self-care will serve all of us well this year.

Show and Tell:
Dave: Shadow Divers: The True Adventure of Two Americans Who Risked Everything to Solve One of the Last Mysteries of World War II
